While doing my regular book hunting yesterday, my friend recommended reading this book - Six Thinking Hats by Edward de Bono. Quite a good read for people who have to come up with a ideas, goals, solutions or make important decisions. It’s a technique for thinking.

I haven’t got a copy yet, but i am fishing over the net for a good complete catch ^_^ . Hehe. While looking thru, here’s what I’ve found:

This is how I get to work every day. Just some random pics I have taken on my fone ^_^ Next time I’ll try to post some interiors in the office, provided I don’t get caught. hehehe  

Wah ~ Ngayon may sipon ulit ako. Hirap mag salita ng may clogged nose! “Muffled” ang tunog mo over the phone.
Nalaklak ko na ata lahat ng Dalandan Juice sa 7 -11 at paubos narin ang supply ko ng Decolgen.. Haay.. hirap huminga.. T__T

May promodizers dito sa office kagabi, “Take the Stress Tabs 7 day Challenge”. Inom ka lang daw nung gamot tapos fillup ka ng survey na ipapadala nila sa email mo.

Mukhang magandang idea naman, nasa unang araw palang ako ngayon, pero pakiramdam ko walang epekto. Baka bawal inumin pag may sakit ~ Nyahaha!

I was actually thinking of a cheesy title like: “Want to Earn Cash? ; Be part of the Call Center Industry”. Hehe, but that gives it all away then. ~ I’d rather have that toungue twister title there.

e-Telecare Global Solutions ~ Yup, this is where I am at. I work for a Big Computer Company as a Tech Support Representative. And have been here for a year and a half already, so far I’m enjoying my stay. Hmm.. its a common misnomer that when you work for a Call Center you get to be a zombie with moolah. Well yeah, your body clock would be altered but it doesn’t always stay that way. It does change back to normal. We don’t get caught in traffic Rush Hours too ~ Well I guess there are PROs and CONs, but in any job that you’ll take, these are going to be present.

BTW, eGS is currenty expanding and were looking for more than 200 agents before this year ends! Aside from Tech Support Representatives (TSR), we also have several openings for Customer Service Associate (CSA). Both for Inbound and Outbound Calls. I think we also have Non-Voice : email / chat support. Alabang is where I’m based at, however we also have branches at Libis, Makati, Shaw, Cebu and the latest ClarkPampanga . Did I forget we also have 4 other branches in US? Well if you get really lucky you get to travel alot if the company sends you.

Late nakong nagising 2am dapat, naging 4am, hindi naman ako nagpuyat…
Mabagal yung bus na nasakyan ko,
pero sobrang bagaaal nung sumunod kong nasakyang jeep
6am papunta palang ako ng Alabang, 5:30 ang Time In.
Ang lakas ng buhos ng ulan pagbaba ko ,
Tumila naman nung nakahanap ng masisilungan.

7:15 na ko nakarating, 2 hours late.
Mukha akong basang sisiw ng padating ko ng opisina
Nagyeyelo nako dahil sa Aircon
Nakakabwisit pa ang mga Calls,

Buti nalang sa malayo nakaupo si TL,
Wish ko lang hindi nya ako sabunin..
Haay at umaga palang,
sana naman may magandang mangyari in the end of the day ~
