Wah ~ Ngayon may sipon ulit ako. Hirap mag salita ng may clogged nose! “Muffled” ang tunog mo over the phone.
Nalaklak ko na ata lahat ng Dalandan Juice sa 7 -11 at paubos narin ang supply ko ng Decolgen.. Haay.. hirap huminga.. T__T

May promodizers dito sa office kagabi, “Take the Stress Tabs 7 day Challenge”. Inom ka lang daw nung gamot tapos fillup ka ng survey na ipapadala nila sa email mo.

Mukhang magandang idea naman, nasa unang araw palang ako ngayon, pero pakiramdam ko walang epekto. Baka bawal inumin pag may sakit ~ Nyahaha!

{September 12, 2007}   weekday gimik ~

Nice, Pao, Cha, Duj and I played Badminton last Tuesday evening. Para naman kunwari determinado talaga akong pumayat ay may i lundag-lundag at palo-palo to the max ako. Winarningan ko narin sila na dalhin ako sa pinakamalapit na ospital pag nagkolapse ako. hihi ^_^ We had about 2 hours of game play, doubles pero lima kami diba? substitute yung isa pag may napagod. May natutunan din akong bagong trick ngayon, marunong nako mg “pick-up” ng shuttlecock ~ by scooping it out w/ the racket.~ ‘Stig daw yun for a beginner sabi ni expert player Duj. ^_^ wee!

Empre pagkatapos maglaro at magpapawis, kumain kami ng dinner sa may Baliwag sa may BF. Naku ha~ parang binawi ko lang din yung mga ipinawis ko. Haha~! Sarap nung Kare-Kare nila (na naitakehome ko pa). ^_^ After that sumptuous meal, upstairs were videoke rooms you can rent. Mega sing-a-long kami, talagang sinulit ang *mahal* na room na ito ~ may mga naka-queue pa nga sa playlist na di namin nakanta eh. Well there is always a next time ~

Hinatid din nila ako pauwi, since gabi narin natapos ang hapi hapi ng tropa ^_^ Officemates ko nga pala sila :) Pwera kay Duj na close friend ni Mama Cha. It’s fun working with these people, moreover its cool to know that you have common interests as they do. Kadalasan nakasalalay sa pakikitungo mo sa iyong mga kasamahan, kung paano at bakit ka nakakatagal sa iyong trabaho.

{September 05, 2007}   sagarin na itu ~

After getting the hair fixed and loving every comment that you guys have placed. Next step is by getting the “excesses” off me. I’ve been slacking off too much that my clothes don’t even fit anymore. Must cut off the carbs and right now I am absolutely flooding myself with water.

We’ve been getting into some badminton sessions and that should take care of the exercise. I’ve tried numerous slimming teas, diet pills, after 6 regimens but none seemed to work. Maybe it was me being lazy and all but I WILL REALLY BE FIT THIS TIME ~!

^_^ wish me luck~!! Any advices? :mrgreen:
