Wee! ^_^ Ang cuteee ng dimples ni Sophia Janyl Ramos ang baby girl nina Ramsey at Johna Ramos, born last Aug. 19, 2007. Nung naka YM ko si Ram, hindi ko rin sya nakausap ng matagal at marami daw syang job queue ~ laba, plantsa and the likes, di pa daw kasi kaya ni wifey nya, kaya sya muna yung nagtratrabaho ~ Ang swit naman ^_^ wee! Hehe. Bagong buhay na talaga yan.

To Ramsey and Johna -> that I hope to meet in person ma’am, congrats~! And to you baby Sophia, I pray that you’ll grow up healthy, loving and a God Fearing child. Excited na akong makita ka baby ~ Wee! Mukhang nakuha mo kay Ramsey ang dimples mo ah~!

Babies are such a warm source of hope. A fuzzy feeling that you can’t help but smile whenever you see them. A reminder that there is still hope in this world. They also give us the drive to go further with our dreams, not for ourselves anymore, but for their sake aswell.

After two weeks on Transition Queue, balik calls na ulit ako mamaya. Dapat day off ko parin this Monday, pero dahil Holiday, papasok nako mamamaya para covered pati night diff hehe. Sayang yun noh.

Ok, lets have a short review about what happened to me lately and why was I missing in action. Hehe. Spent 2 weeks in handling agents and guiding them before they are fully dispersed into operations. Masaya naman, may mga madaling paliwanagan, pero meron ding mga pasaway. Dito ko rin nalaman na mahirap palang mag-issue ng Violation Report. Malungkot rin dahil may agent kaming hindi nakatagal, Fall Out tawag namin dun.

Nagkaron kami ng konting selebrasyon para sa mga nakapasa. naks! ^_^ Syempre, magkikita-kita kaming muli sa ops area na. Proud naman ako dun. hehe. At ang importante dun, makabalik nako sa pag blog ng maayos~ yahu! ^_^

Last Saturday lang kami ulit kami nakagala ni DarkBlak. Umattend kami nung 3rd Arts & Music and Festival sa Mega. Nameet ko ulit si Lyndon Gregorio, creator of Beerkada, may free caricature ulit ako! yey! ^_^ Bumili rin nga pala kami ng JIMMY keychain. ~

I loved the paintings!! ~ Since Arts fest din ito, andaming magagandang mga larawan, either in oil, acrylic, digital form. Basta andami! ^_^ Meron ding booth from DAME guitars ~ ganda nung gitara! T_T .

Nagkaron din nga pala ng Cosplay Show habang tinutugtog ang The Ducklings at The Dorques. Panalo si Shimaru!! ^^ haha! ~ View Image ~ Lupit din nung Body Art show! ^_^ i-next nyo nalang yung sa flickr ni Sir RainContreras, na nakita ko dun sa event. Tatanungin ko sana kung bakit hindi ma hotlink yung pics nya eh. Hahaha. ~

After the Cosplay event, bumili rin kami ng Power Supply para sa PC sa bahay Na ikinabit narin nya sa PC ko pagdating sa bahay. Late narin kami nakauwi dahil nakatulog kami sa bus at nung pagising namin, di na pamilyado yung lugar. Nasa MIA na daw kami at lumampas ng Baclaran Haha. ^_^ What a way to end the day. ^_^

Out of the 25 agents that I’ve handled, one felt that she cannot go on, and decided not to continue. Was it my fault that I told them who their Team Leaders would be and what TLs expect from them… Was it my fault that I wasn’t able to offer them a sugar coated lie? Maybe she felt that she can’t handle the pressure and decided not to prolong her agony.

“It would be better to have them back out as early as possible and it is in our responsibility to weed out people who can’t take the job…”

Darkblak and I was able to attend last year’s event. Well, “accidentally”. Napadaan lang kami dati, free admission rin naman kaya nakiusisa kami kung anong meron. May Art Exhibits, Auctions, Halo-halong genre ng bands, si Pepe Smith at marami pang eye at ear candy. Hopefully we can attend this year’s event.

It’s the Third day of Transition Queue. Ngayon lang din ako nakapagsulat matapos ng magsimula ang bago kong work assignment. ^_^ Nakauwi narin yung mga trainees kanina lang. Di ko mabuksan ang blog ko, meebo, radioblogclub, games at iba pang non business related sites habang nandito sila. Nakakahiya rin naman kasi sa kanila ^_^; Hehe. Kaya nagpipigil muna rin akong mag blog hop
