Archive for December, 2006
Last year i began liking flowers, since it was December then, winds blew cold and it was good growing Tagaytay plants, even though my place is usually sunny. i bought a bunch of those with little white, yellow, pink and red flowers. i even bought fertilizer for the plants, grew them in plastic pots, let them enjoy a little sunshine once in a while. Everything was beautiful at that . Then the petals started to fall down.. the branches grew weak.. and green leaves turned yellow and then to brown..
Really felt bad whenever i remember that .. They never grew back.. +_+
About a month ago, i started taking care of pets again. i wanted something that would not take much space and won’t need much attention.
While on usual trips at the mall, DarkBlak and i seemed to be stuck at Pet shops. He wanted a hamster cage, a big one at that, wherein it can play thru the plastic tubes, but he wanted a fish on that hamster cage. Wha?! I think Hamster cages costs about 10x more than the pet itself.
Growing Guppies seemed to be a good idea. ^_^
We bought 2 males last November, they cost cheaper. Male guppies had flashier tailes than females, and they are more colorful i suppose. We were planning to buy a guppy pair, but the girls weren’t available at that time.
Then we went back to the pet shop 3 weeks ago and got ourselves 2 girls to bring home to the 2 boys we currently have. Bought aquatic plants too. One of the girls we’ve bought is already preggy. So, a week after it bore 8 little fingerlings. hehe. About the size of your pinkie nails. ^_^ wee! i told DB, he’s a Lola already. hehe.
Lately, i’ve found out that the other girl, was actually becoming to grow similarities to a boy. Having a flashy colored tail. Maybe it’s too small before, that’s why the petshop thought he was a she. Hmm.. i’ve thought of exchanging him back, but then hey! i’ve got 8 fishy growing up fast. hopefully there are lots of girls there.
^_^
Every year, i’m really beginning to feel that Christmas are just for kids.. well, also for kids at heart though.
Years ago, we celebrate this time of the year w/ lots of food, dancing, singing, games and partying the whole night thru.. But now, hmm.. things are changing..
I guess, all that matters for now, even without much giveaways to spend or food to celebrate with, is the fact that were still alive and spending quality time with your family is what Christmas really meant.
Sched just changed, spending Christmas and New Year at work.
We had our Sat-Sun off just recently, got a handfull of items done over the weekend. ^_^
Friday, went out with my siblings to meet Dad, (yeah! after 15 years.. but that will be on another topic, i suppose. ^_^’ ). Went mall strolling, bought some trunkful of groceries, ate heartful meals and then had a wonderful evening. After that Dad dropped my bro and sis home, and i have to drop off Dad to Zapote, and DarkBlak have to drop me home back again. hehe.
Saturday , Shawn Dante’s christening, i got to be ninang! hehe, i think he’s about my 5th Godchild (yun ba yung inaanak? ^_^). Ate meals again, and met up w/ band mates *slash* good ‘ole friends . Shawn is Mon and Pearls’ btw, we now have a little drummer boy. yey! hehe. After that little gathering DB and I went mall strolling, and bought items for Christmas, having said that now i have 5 Godchildren already, we went into a shopping spree. ^_^ But still on a tight budget about that. hehe. Chipipay kasi! wahehhe! Next week nalang yung pang family gift! Hopefully, they’ll appreciate my little gift.
Sunday, cleaned my dust-full room, which as far as i can remember, got dusted way back in July of this year. Whew! imagine that?! Got bedcovers changed, got old books packed, got rid of cob webs, and threw out old items that’s close to being a permanent fixture of the room. ^_^ In the afternoon, DB got my PC fixed for viruses. He’s on call about that! ^_^ hehe.
Prepared for the incoming week ahead, cleaned shoes and pressed clothes.. Went to bed and slept early..
Then, irate callers on first call.. Shoot! I miss home already.. +__+
Hi! Welcome to my first official blog.
We had guests who are in the Ops Area earlier of today. And me here, pretty new at this job, got a barge from one of our American Clients! Waah!!! I was only asking my Team Leader about an issue, and then he picked me to be a hamster.. :(( . I was really rock cold at that time, as to what I am going to do. Did say that i’m gonna take my lunch already, but that didn’t work. Hmm.. man, i’ve only been on operations for about 4 months now, not really the one you can call as a Tenured Agent..
Alright, if this one doesn’t go too well, Well.. I think I have to find myself a new job! Wahahah! :))
Got the client sitting beside me, as if looking at everything that i am doing.. The blonde guy was from Roundrock Texas. Cool! Poreynger! hehe. He had a “Y Jack” cord and another headset to go w/ it. He said “Just pretend I am not here”. Tama! wahehe. Ok lang sana kung nasa kabilang side sya ng lamesa na natatakpan ng kompyuter! eh hindi eh! nasatabi ko talaga sya. He is a skinny man, about 45+ yo already, blonde hair, mejo maputi, pero dahil ata sa tagal na nya sa pinas, umitim na sya. ^_^ mukha namang may itsura nung kabataan nya pa. hehe.
First call was an expired warranty support, so i have to transfer him to a department that can handle his call. Tapos, sabi nung client, kelangan syang i-support kasi 2 weeks palang daw expired, but if a part needs replacement, we really have to transfer him. Bad thing is, wala din yung kompyuter sa kanya, so wala kaming troubleshooting na magagawa! wahehe. transfer talaga. ^_^
Second call, ghost caller. That’s when you answered a call, and then nobody answers. I feel bad for the client already, no good calls to barge in. hehe.
Third call, the customer was irate already and wants the kompyuter to be replaced. Muntik na daw masunog yung bahay nya dahil ng spark yung pc. These things usually happens to Laptops and not on Desktops, so it’s really rare that a desktop pc will blow up or something, unless there is something that she’ve done w/ the circuits.. Hmm.. dubious diba?
So, the client suggested to escalate the call to another department. But i’ve asked my TL about it and said that we do handle those kinds of situation. Nataranta yung client kasi nag flame up yung system nung customer. ^-^ empre natangay na din ako sa pagka taranta nya. wahehe!
As we progressed along, got issue fixed naman din.. At least! ^_^ hehe. yun ata yung hinahanap na call nung client. Feeback nung client, ok naman daw. Kaso dubious lang daw talaga yung sa desktop na magliyab.
Hmm.. after the barge thing, i’m back to normal.. everything worked fine eventually, and hopefully i didn’t fail my company about that. ^_^
At a time when all most netizens have blogs of their own, i’m just starting mine.. I wonder if I can keep this up..
My 22nd birthday just passed by yesterday. Cool! but still unable to vote, cause I haven’t registered yet! ^_^ hehe
